Chances are before it ever hits Apple’s New and Noteworthy or What’s Hot list, it’s already on the phones of at least half of Mutual Mobile’s employees. We are voracious app consumers and are quick to analyze new technologies and trends we see bubbling up. So what apps do app makers use? Here’s a look at the home screens of a few Mutual Mobile employees, from those who keep it nice and tidy, to those who push the limits of Apple’s folder organization system. For this post we’ve only included iOS since some Android models don’t enable screenshots, but we’ll try to include an Android update later.
Also, if you look closely on a few of these screens you may actually see an app icon with the Mutual Mobile logo on it. This is the company’s internal app store created with our platform, LaunchPad. From this app store we can download internal company apps that we’ve created or technology we’re testing. One of the first apps all Mutual Mobile employees download is PinPad…a security app we use to unlock the doors of the offices.
