John Arrow
Chief Executive Officer & President
John brings a strategic approach to Mutual Mobile that derives from his diverse entrepreneurial experiences in the tech field. He is passionate about his vision for the company, and its ability to bring the world’s most revolutionary mobile applications to fruition. With his team at Mutual Mobile, John sees the mobile platform as a place with enormous potential for growth and innovation through collaborative development.
Prior to developing Mutual Mobile, John created a multi-million dollar security software business, which he started in 2002 as a sophomore in high school. John calls Austin, Texas home, where he can be found mountain biking, sailing, or using his pilot’s license to explore the world.
Tarun Nimmagadda
Chief Operating Officer
Tarun uses his advanced engineering and product management background to maximize the innovation and efficiency of Mutual Mobile’s development process. All Mutual Mobile’s developers and designers are accustomed to his friendly but direct collaboration process.
Previously Tarun was the Chief Information Officer of AccessAble Systems, LLC, which recently won the Dell Innovation Challenge and currently has contracts pending with several universities. Additionally, he is the founder of the SmartPhone Entrepreneurs Group. Tarun thrives on the outdoors and loves nothing more than a kayaking break on nearby Lady Bird Lake in downtown Austin.
Mickey Ristroph
Chief Technology Officer
Mickey is the driving force behind mobile applications and hardware that push the envelope of both technology and markets. In addition to overseeing Mutual Mobile’s enterprise contracts and providing strategic consultation, he also directs internal research and development efforts for next-generation tools and platforms.
Also a co-founder of AccessAble Systems, Mickey brings a diversity of experience including building social media advertising campaigns, autonomous vehicles for DARPA, and high-frequency automated financial trading systems.
Jason Story
Director of Business Development
Jason’s aptitude for client relations and business development at Mutual Mobile has enabled him to forge many trusted partnerships in the mobile development world. His openness and dedication to clients has enabled projects to evolve into effective long-term alliances.
Prior to Mutual Mobile, Jason founded and built Gravity Technical, Inc., since acquired by White Glove Technologies.
Sam Gaddis
Chief Marketing Officer
Sam draws on years of experience in marketing and web psychology to bring unique insight to complicated projects. An experienced web developer in his own right, Sam has a keen awareness of the user experience and places great emphasis on analytics, user-feedback, and keeping the ROI goals central to any project.
Before joining Mutual Mobile, Sam was the Technology Director at Hill Country Conservancy, a non-profit land trust. He is also a certified sport-pilot flight instructor and has recently taken up Powered Paragliding.
Kito Dietrich
Senior Project Manager
Kito Dietrich has over 25 years experience in software development, music, and multimedia. A classically trained musician, he attended Interlochen and the Kyoto City University of Arts before working with Sapient and Oracle subsidiary Hencie Consulting. He has also contributed to popular music software such as Ardour, jackd, and FXpansion’s BFD. In recent years he has focused on e-commerce and video-on-demand services for both web and mobile applications.
Andy Messner
Senior Project Manager
Forged in the fires of the videogame industry, Andy has worked with clients and publishers such as Electronic Arts, Activision, and 2K Games, just to name a few. He has produced over a dozen games on a variety of platforms including PC, Mac, Nintendo DS, Windows Mobile and iPhone.
