One of the most dynamic areas in the technology industry in recent years has been the mobile market. One of the firms which has ridden the wave of smart phones and platforms such as Android and the iPhone, is Austin-based Mutual Mobile.

Mutual Mobile has released its first iPad app, for StumbleUpon. They anticipate that they’ll release about 25 more iPad apps this year.

To test their chops, they created a brand-new iPad app — which simulates a photo frame — in just 24 hours.

Nimmagadda likened it to stretching before a big race.

“This is just the beginning,” he said.
