Senior Sponsorship
Though the strategy audit is lightweight, you must have a VP-level sponsor involved to be eligible.
Time Commitment
Start-to-finish, the audit will require 2 – 4 hours time on the phone each with the VP sponsor and the lead of your mobile program lead.
